Exchange Policy

We will allow exchange within 3 days after receiving the item(s). Item(s) returned for exchange MUST be in original packaging.


  • NO CHARGE will be imposted on customer if :
      1. The item(s) differ from what the customer order
      2. The item(s) is faulty after testing(this applies to charger/adapter/battery)
      3. The item(s) is broken after opening of mail package(unlikely)

  • CHARGES will be imposted on customer if :
      1. The customer decided to change to another design after opening package
      2. A charge of $5 will be imposted to customer(charge does not include any price difference and postage)
      3. Should the exchanged item(s) are of lower price, the balance will still be forfeited
      4. Exchange are only allow ONCE per customer per item
